When it comes to your staff fire training, generally a member of your workforce is nominated as a Fire Marshall.  The role of the Fire Marshall is to provide key members of staff knowledge and a good understanding of the fire safety procedures and prevention of fire.

The Fire Marshall should be given the correct training required to be able to lead and coordinate staff in the event of a fire evacuation.  As a result, the Fire Marshall should have a full and clear understanding of the legal requirements involved.  Consequently, this person needs to be able to use the fire equipment.  Whilst explaining to staff the habitual human behaviour during the events of a fire.
