The first stage of our process – the survey

With fire extinguishers the initial stage is to carry out a full site survey of your premises. This is to identify any fire risks and examine the surrounding area. Furthermore this process applies whether it is a new installation, extension or a modification to your current system.

Once your requirements have been assessed, we will put together a quotation advising the best options to meet your needs.


Second stage – products

The second stage is supplying the products. We offer a wide selection of portable fire extinguishers from leading manufacturers. Our technicians will advise you on the appropriate fire extinguisher to suit your requirements.

Third stage – commissioning

Our third stage is the commissioning. Qualified technicians will carry out a commissioning project of your equipment. Please note:  this is an essential requirement of British Standards. A commissioning certificate will be issued after this process has been carried out. We will then proceed with the installation process for the equipment.

Fourth stage – installation

Fully qualified technicians, will install the new equipment to the highest standards. Following the installation, an asset register will be carried out to include locations, type of equipment, and testing dates. For your information you can request a copy of this information for your own record.

Fifth stage – maintenance

Finally, we offer our customers a full and comprehensive fire equipment maintenance and servicing contract.

Within this contract we will carry out both maintenance and servicing and install new equipment where required.  Our inspection and maintenance packages, generally cover one service per year. However, with emergency lighting and fire alarms, we recommend they are carried out twice yearly.
